Our Prenatal Ritual + Flow class revolves around gentle, rhythmic movements to support you in creating a deeper bond with your baby, as you prepare to travel the journey of birth. The flow of this Dancing for Birth practice will deepen the embodied connection for both mom and baby working together during labor and birth. Through sharing, storytelling, art and movement you’ll be prepared to mindfully birth, no matter how your birth unfolds. You will find here a simple, sacred space to join together with other mama's to tap into the universal mother energy to carry with you to and thru your birth, and a space to practice trusting the innate body wisdom we all have to birth baby into the world.

Through Dancing for Birth you will become stronger, more agile, more at ease in your body, as well as both mentally and physically ready to embrace your unique birth experience. It's a feel-good workout that challenges yet relaxes and uplifts you. You’ll learn moves that will aid in opening your pelvis, allowing baby to emerge quicker. Did you know that there is an optimal position for your baby to be in when labor begins, and you can help assure that position? Come learn, move, breathe and connect!
